Amber has lived in Clinton since 2011. She graduated from Eastern Michigan University and has worked at the Clinton Township Public Library since 2024. She lives in Clinton with her husband, three kids and pets.
"What is your favorite part of working at the library?"
Amber: I love the people, both coworkers and patrons. Being able to work in an environment that us so fun, flexible and uplifting has been amazing.
"Why do you work at the library?"
Amber: The library provides a family friendly work environment where I can bring my kids. As a homeschooling mom, working in a supportive space allows me to easily balance work and family life. My kids love going to the library as much as I do!
"What is your first memory of the library?"
Amber: I brought my oldest son to library storytime 8 years ago with Ms Mary. He loved the Roly Poly song Ms Tonda still sings today!
"What is your favorite hobby?"
Amber: I love to bake and craft with my kids!
